Q - How do I order?

A - When you find the angel pin you are interested in ordering, click on the "add to cart" button next to the angel pin you are interested in ordering.  Next, you will be sent to your session's shopping cart.  You will see a preview of what you are ordering. You can change the quantity of any item and update the basket. You can return to shopping by closing the shopping cart window. When you are done shopping, return to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will pay via PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you will be asked to log in at that time. If you do not have a PayPal account, it is easy to set up one and you will be asked to do so. Once you've signed in through PayPal, you can use your credit card or bank account to pay for your angels. Shipping and tax (for Idaho Residents), are figured after you have entered your payment information through PayPal.

Q - How large are your angel pins?

A - Most of my pins run from 1 1/4" tall and approximately  the same width.  They can be as tall as 2 1/2", you can e-mail me at help@myangelpins.com for more specific measurements.

Q - What if I want to order more than one angel pin?

A - Simple.  You can return to the shopping part of the site, by closing the shopping cart window.

Q - Ok, I'm ready to purchase my angels!  What should I do?

A - Once you have added your angels to your cart, you can click on "view cart" at the bottom of each page, or after you have added the last angel, you will automatically be taken to your cart.At that time, click "continue to checkout".  

Q - Create a PayPal account?  What's this?

A - In order to make ordering at myangelpins.com as convenient as possible and as secure as possible, we've changed to the PayPal merchant to process all of our website orders. If you do not already have a PayPal account, create one, it only takes a few minutes, and once you have created one, you can shop on ebay and thousands of other PayPal merchant stores.

Q - What kind of credit cards do you take?

A - We take American Express, Visa, Mastercard, E-Check and Discover via PayPal.  We also take checks and money orders.  Please allow additional processing time on all personal checks.  

Q - How much is shipping and handling?

A - Shipping and handling charges are per unit, a minimum of $4.95.  Additional angel pins in the same order are an additional $1.00.  So, if you order a total of three angels, your total shipping and handling charge will be $6.95!

Q - What about sales tax?

Idaho residents pay a 6% sales tax.

Q - What if I am ordering outside the United States?

A - E-mail me directly at help@myangelpins.com with your order and we'll work out customized shipping and handling based on your location!

Q - What if I really don't feel comfortable ordering on-line?

A - Even though our customers order off of a secure, encrypted site, we understand if you are hesitant ordering on-line.  If you prefer, you may place telephone orders using our toll-free number at 877-561-5723 or fax us your order at 208-756-8309.  Make sure to list the type of angel, amount, and any other pertinent information along with your fax, including your shipping address, and a telephone number to reach you at should we have any questions.

Q - Do you guarantee your angels?

A - Of course!  All angels come with 100% satisfaction guarantee. Full refund will be given on merchandise returned within 14 days.

Q - How long should it take for me to receive my angels?

A - All orders are shipped within 3-7 business days from the time payment is
recieved.  Personal checks may take a little longer.
